Tracking for your order will be provided once the order has been prepared for dispatch. All orders are sent out on a next business day service, and you can find out more about this on our deliveries page.
All orders are paid for at the time of ordering and there are a variety of options available at the checkout.
After ordering, we are unable to offer immediate cancellation via the website. You will instead have to follow our standard cancellation/return policies. You can find these on the returns page.
We are unable to offer exchanges on items due to the complexities of upgrading, as well as warranty issues. You can of course, return and reorder, simply follow the standard return instructions.
We do operate under the VAT margin scheme which means that some of our items are purchased and sold with marginal VAT. Those items will not have VAT on them, and as such, the VAT cannot be reclaimed. If you are making a business or wholesale purchase, or have certain VAT obligations, please let us know and we will put you through to our business team.
