Brilliant customer service! All questions asked on time, delivery scheduled for the first day after New Year break. Ordered veg growing top soil in bulk. Delivery came as promised- driver called me with heads up, also was very cooperative as we used pallets to move the bags to the back garden. Soil itself very well sieved, no rubish or stones in it. 3 out of 4 bags completely dry so moving it went really quick. Obviously time will tell how everything will grow but I am very happy with the experience and will be back for sure.

For reason that we’re beyond the control of lawn ’n order (flooding on the roads), the delivery was delayed. Whilst this was frustrating, the team from lawn ‘n order were lovely, and did their best to ensure that the delivery was as early as possible the following day. The turf was still in perfect condition. So 5 stars for product and customer service.
